Responsibilities

Review investor and third-party communications, including marketing materials, due diligence responses, and investor communications
Train and supervise staff in conducting marketing compliance reviews
Manage the Legal and Compliance (L&C) relationship with various business lines and products
Attend client meetings to discuss Blackstone products and address client questions
Serve as primary counsel to the business, advising on investor legal and compliance-related requests
Develop internal policies and procedures related to marketing and compliance
Develop educational materials and trainings for business professionals on marketing and fundraising regulations
Assess current and prospective regulatory risk through industry interaction and research
Assist with other day-to-day L&C matters and collaborate with legal and compliance teams across Blackstone’s global operations
