Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant administrative work experience and be comfortable working with and learning new technology systems. Responsibilities

The Leave Administrator will manage employee benefit claims by ensuring accurate completion and timely submission of paperwork and correspondence. This role involves fostering collaboration with external administrative counterparts via phone and email, managing the flow of multiple concurrent leave paperwork, and documenting/conveying claim escalations. The administrator will also maintain and optimize internal systems and processes, stay informed about new state programs, and actively participate in team meetings to drive process improvements and issue resolutions.
