Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate a strong understanding of leasing principles and residential property management. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Leasing Consultant will greet prospects, qualify leads, record all visits, maintain accurate records, inspect models, demonstrate apartment features, complete applications and secure deposits, update availability reports, process applications, follow up with applicants, ensure apartment readiness, refer prospects to sister communities, secure resident signatures, orient new residents, assist in monitoring renewals, monitor advertising effectiveness, represent the company professionally, accept rental payments, type lease agreements, and maintain resident files. They will also conduct daily inspections and input information into the Yardi System.
