Requirements

Candidates must possess a current clinical qualification and AHPRA registration, along with a minimum of 4 years of post-graduate clinical experience. Experience in clinical education or training delivery is highly regarded, and strong organisational and coordination skills are essential. Confidence using Google Suite and learning systems (LMS) is required, alongside excellent communication skills and a learner-first mindset.

Responsibilities

As a Learning Partner, the individual will coordinate clinical onboarding and learning pathways for new doctors, partner with subject matter experts to tailor and deliver role-specific training, support the planning and rollout of healthcare compliance and clinical learning programs, manage learner groups and enrolments in the LMS, provide day-to-day support to clinicians, contribute to the development and refinement of clinical training materials, use data insights to report on progress, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement, collaborate across teams to align on training needs and priorities, assist in managing learning projects with a focus on timelines, quality, and outcomes, and contribute to broader clinical education initiatives across the business.
