Responsibilities

The Learning Facilitation Professional 2 plans, coordinates, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization. The Learning Facilitation Professional 2 works with Senior Learning Facilitation professionals to plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of clinical training programs for participants throughout the organization.

  • Facilitates onboarding of new and transfer associates.
  • Creates an environment conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomes.
  • Monitors training personnel records to ensure that associates have met all training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
  • Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the field as appropriate.
  • Instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.
  • Works with Senior Learning Professional, Senior Learning Design Professional, and leader to select appropriate materials for training programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 or more years of training and/or learning development experience.
  • Working experience using CSC
  • 2 or more years of experience working with multiple screens, systems, and troubleshooting technical matters.
  • Experience with public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Live in EST states

  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on timely and accurate completion of duties
  • Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles
  • Strong communication with ability to speak comfortably among large audiences within all professional working levels.
  • Ability to learn different processes

Interview Process

  • If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes.

Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
