Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in training or learning development. A minimum of two years of experience working with multiple screens, systems, and troubleshooting technical issues is required, along with practical experience in public speaking and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and the ability to live in EST states are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Learning Facilitation Professional will plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of training programs, including onboarding for new and transfer associates. They will work with senior professionals to select appropriate training materials, facilitate both instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training sessions, and create an environment conducive to learning. Responsibilities also include monitoring training personnel records for compliance, analyzing course evaluations to assess effectiveness and implement improvements, and evaluating the relevance of online resources to complement facilitated experiences.
