Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or a related field, coupled with over 3 years of experience in clinical training, quality monitoring, or operational support roles within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in learning management systems, Google Suite, and documentation tools is required, along with strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills. Familiarity with adult learning principles and quality improvement methodologies, excellent presentation abilities, and a strong understanding of healthcare systems, care coordination, and population health management are also essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams is necessary.
The Quality & Training Specialist will conduct quality monitoring activities, including chart reviews, call listening, and documentation audits, to assess performance and adherence to protocols. They will maintain and update quality scorecards and performance reports, identify trends and gaps through data analysis, and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. This role involves monitoring compliance with documentation standards, SOPs, workflows, and regulatory guidelines, as well as tracking and supporting clinical competency assessments and assisting in grievance handling processes. Additionally, the specialist will deliver targeted training sessions, assist in developing and updating training content, help maintain the SOP and training repository, and support the tracking of training completions. Participation in special projects such as new market launches and system implementations is also expected.
