The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and integrated ecosystem strategies to drive demand and execute successful campaigns in assigned markets. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to craft effective messaging, gather market intelligence, build sales enablement tools, and produce compelling marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Provides support to cross-functional teams to achieve successful Go-to-Market (GTM) outcomes.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Researches, analyzes, and documents market findings.
  • Team Guidance: May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members.
  • Strategy Development & Execution: Designs, delivers, and executes marketing and communication strategies.
  • Project Management: Manages multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining detail orientation and a data-driven approach.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzes and assesses the performance of marketing strategies and recommends improvements.
  • Goal Setting & Tracking: Creates targets for marketing campaigns and analyzes outcomes against strategic objectives and organizational goals.
  • Growth Strategy: Develops and executes growth strategies for ecosystem go-to-market initiatives.
  • Product Planning: Models new product plans and routes to market, considering required resources and payback periods.
  • Process Ownership: Drives end-to-end planning processes and core priority settings.
  • Executive Engagement: Works with executive leadership to drive outcomes, align business owners and stakeholders, mitigate risks, identify trends, plan strategic breakthroughs, provide feedback on marketing plans, and deliver value.
  • Ecosystem Messaging: Develops and manages positioning and messaging for product expansion strategies through our ecosystem.
  • Market Intelligence: Identifies ecosystem needs, oversees market research, and monitors market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Value Proposition: Communicates the value proposition of products and develops tools to support the selling process.
  • Competitive Positioning: Identifies opportunities to out-position competitors based on product differentiation.
  • Process Improvement: Monitors internal processes for efficiency and validity pre- and post-GTM, designing and executing improvements as needed.
  • Buyer Insights: Manages market persona mapping and marketing intelligence, serving as an expert on buyer needs, buying criteria, and competitor weaknesses.
  • Demand Generation: Assists marketing programs that drive demand for products within assigned markets.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Communicates and collaborates cross-functionally to define product positioning.
  • Ecosystem Development: Initiates and fosters relationships to create and promote new ecosystem product bundles.
  • Market Analysis: Owns the product market requirement phase, including market analysis, total addressable market size, and competitive landscape.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Interfaces with partner-centric listening posts to gather input, communicate product strategies, and present data.
  • Liaison Role: Acts as a liaison to market and technical participants for user groups, partner events, tradeshows, and roadshows.
  • Technical Translation: Translates technical capabilities into business benefits.
