Skills in cultivating trust-based relationships and proximity with the Learning ecosystem to co-construct innovative solutions
Proactive anticipation and addressing of skill development needs, acting as a key relay between business, Learning and Development direction, and global Learning actors
Capability to ensure visibility and promotion of the Learning strategy, highlighting offerings, successes, and major evolutions
Experience in animating and federating a community of Learning ambassadors (training correspondents, internal trainers), fostering engagement and best practice sharing
Ability to develop and maintain an international Learning network, promoting transversality and expertise sharing within the group
Responsibilities
Pilot the analysis and prioritization of training needs, challenging requests to align with strategic challenges and optimize resources
Build and deploy structured skill development plans by pole/CR, ensuring coherence with medium- and long-term vision
Ensure visibility and attractiveness of the training offer by orchestrating its communication and marketing to collaborators
Supervise the planning and organization of training paths, individual trainings, and certifications, identifying cross-cutting synergies and efficiency levers
Manage internal client relations and Learning ecosystem as a dedicated Learning Business Advisor for Technology & Transformation
