Responsibilities
As the Lead User Researcher, you will own and lead research initiatives across the entire organization, establishing and managing a comprehensive research practice and repository. You will plan and execute mixed-method research for cross-functional stakeholders, build a process for regular user feedback collection and synthesis, develop a framework for measuring and tracking UX improvements, and translate research insights into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps. You will work independently with minimal supervision, leading research initiatives from conception to implementation.
