Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL, R, or Python, are essential, as is the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills are required to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences.
As a Principal Experience Researcher, you will lead the Aledade Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, developing and implementing strategies to capture customer feedback across all touchpoints and continuously improving its effectiveness. You will design and conduct a wide range of research studies, including ethnographic research, focus groups, and usability testing, to understand customer needs and preferences. Furthermore, you will analyze data from various sources, utilizing advanced analytical techniques, to identify key insights and trends, and collaborate with product teams to create action plans based on customer feedback. You will oversee research operations, build relationships with stakeholders, and proactively identify emerging trends to ensure Aledade remains at the forefront of customer understanding.
