As a Principal Experience Researcher, you will be a key member of the Experience Design and Research (XDR) team at Aledade, supporting our Customer Insights group. The XDR team accelerates the ability of primary care practices to improve health outcomes for their patients by equipping them with thoughtfully crafted technology. You will serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in customer research, driving the Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program and leading strategic research initiatives. You will leverage your deep understanding of research methodologies, advanced analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities to uncover actionable insights that shape the future of Aledade's products and services.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with statistical modeling (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Aledade Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program:
    • Develop and implement an ongoing VoC strategy to capture customer feedback.
    • Continuously iterate on the VoC program for maximum effectiveness.
    • Analyze and report on VoC program performance.
    • Collaborate with product teams to create action plans based on customer feedback.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Optimize and expand feedback channels.
  • Advanced Customer Research/Analytics & Research Operations:
    • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies (ethnographic research, focus groups, usability testing, surveys).
    • Analyze and interpret data from various sources (surveys, product usage, market trends, internal databases).
    • Oversee all aspects of research operations.
