As a Lead Talent Guide, you will drive global initiatives and support programs to improve recruiting coordination and candidate experiences, ensure the service delivery of coordination meets operating standards, anticipate and implement workflows for new processes to optimize team performance, track bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions, manage candidate touchpoints with personalized communication, cultivate partnerships with global talent guides and internal stakeholders, analyze recruitment data to identify trends and propose actionable insights, coordinate global interview scheduling and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system and AirTable, and participate actively in team projects, audits, and hiring events.
