Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on compliance, benefits, and leave of absence administration. They should have familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws, including ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA, and demonstrate strong knowledge of benefit programs and leave of absence policies.

Responsibilities

As the Global Tier 2 HR Service Delivery Team Lead, the individual will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HR specialists focused on compliance, benefits, and leave of absence administration across multiple time zones. This includes assigning workloads, conducting performance reviews, fostering a positive team environment, managing team scheduling, ensuring compliance with employment laws, coordinating HR audits, developing compliance calendars, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, overseeing benefit administration, managing leave of absence processes, implementing process improvements, documenting SOPs, utilizing Workday and case management systems, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
