Requirements

Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of various SDLC phases and how releases fit into the overall process, along with experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools and processes. Proficiency in scripting and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Kubernetes is required, and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Wiki, and Power BI dashboard creation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Lead System Engineer will define and design subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions within the solution context. They will provide technical enablement for application components and subsystems, drive critical design decisions, participate in planning the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, develop the Architectural Runway, collaborate with portfolio stakeholders, and assist with the architectural integration of external components and systems. Additionally, they will identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies, manage changes to the release scope, schedule, and resources, and effectively communicate release plans, issues, and status reports to stakeholders.
