Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 8 years of product management experience, with preferred domain knowledge of exchange/Institutional trading/prime brokerage platforms, a data-informed work style viewed through a compassionate lens of the user, a passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences, and demonstrated leadership with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams.

Responsibilities

The Lead/Senior Product Manager will lead, plan, execute, and maintain the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap, focusing on Institutional User Experience, Institutional Product Suite, Feature and Product Definition, Collaboration with Development Teams, Roadmap Management, Engagement with Business and Sales Teams, Prioritization of Initiatives, Market Awareness, and Cross-Functional Representation, while also managing specific features within the product suite and facilitating user studies through client meetings and interviews for product feedback.
