Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with deep expertise in SEM and CRO across Google Ads and Bing in high-growth environments, along with strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel, Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, and the ability to build actionable reports. A strategic and hands-on approach with proven success in keyword strategy, ad testing, audience targeting, and bid optimization is required, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

As the Lead SEM Manager, you will scale and optimize paid search programs across Google and Bing, ensuring campaign performance aligns with business goals, design and execute experiments to improve efficiency and reduce CAC, analyze performance across the full funnel, collaborate with analytics and engineering teams, work with creative partners to craft compelling ad copy and visual assets, surface insights and trends from campaign data, continuously innovate by testing new tools and tactics, and ultimately drive sustainable, scalable customer acquisition.
