Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to independently manage projects, are also required.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing paid media campaigns within Google Ads and Programmatic DSPs, setting up campaigns, ensuring integrations function correctly, and adjusting tactics to improve CPA, ROAS, and revenue outcomes. You will also be tasked with pulling daily/weekly performance reports, analyzing key KPIs, preparing ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders, and collaborating on testing strategies including A/B tests, Conversion Lift, and Incrementality Testing. Additionally, you will support initiatives such as landing page testing, creative performance analysis, and briefing for new asset development, adapting to evolving business needs and contributing to overall campaign performance.
