Requirements

  • Extensive working experience in Oilfield Services as an Account Sales and/or Engineer with in-depth technical knowledge in Drill Bits
  • Fluent in English both oral and written with excellent all-round communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams and ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for existing and/or key account(s)
  • Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers and opportunities
  • Creating detailed and application specific technical Drill Bit proposals
  • Handling diverse clients in assigned region and area
