They should demonstrate strong communication skills, including the ability to lead presentations and demos to diverse audiences, and possess a customer-centric approach with value-based selling skills.
The Lead Sales Solutions Engineer will lead technical aspects of the sales process, answering technical questions from prospects and clients regarding Bolt technology, features, and solutions. They will ensure smooth technical implementation by meeting clients to set expectations, advising on uncertainties, and acting as a technical point of contact. This role involves identifying solution options to maximize Bolt value, developing customer integration strategies, building customer relationships at all levels, completing technical requirements in RFIs/RFPs, leading sales campaigns, providing feedback, contributing to the presales team's vision and strategy, and partnering with product teams to fulfill customer requests.
