Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum of 8 years relevant experience; previous experience in account servicing in athletic products and/or consumer products will be an advantage
Strong track record in account relationship building and leading account sales team
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the industry and marketplace and negotiate highly complex retail agreements
Good people acumen and interpersonal skills; demonstrated collaborative orientation in team environment and a very high level of personal efficiency
Ability to deal with ambiguity; effectively interface and develop internal partnerships

Responsibilities

Development and execution of sales strategies with Hong Kong and Macau strategic accounts, including joint business plans and monthly revenue targets
Drive win-win outcomes and achieve targets with retail partners using strategic sales planning, account management skills, relationship building skills, and product/category and marketplace expertise
Lead and facilitate the account team for realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, and business analysis; ensure market and customer capacities are met
Drive the team’s efforts in the development of overall sales plans while working with internal functions to drive greater impact in the marketplace with a strong and innovative winning mindset
Coach, assist, and consolidate the activities of a team of sales representatives managing different accounts
