Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum of 8 years relevant experience; previous experience in account servicing in athletic products and/or consumer products will be an advantage
  • Strong track record in account relationship building and leading account sales team
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (verbal and written)
  • Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the industry and marketplace and negotiate highly complex retail agreements
  • Good people acumen and interpersonal skills; demonstrated collaborative orientation in team environment and a very high level of personal efficiency
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity; effectively interface and develop internal partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of sales strategies with Hong Kong and Macau strategic accounts, including joint business plans and monthly revenue targets
  • Drive win-win outcomes and achieve targets with retail partners using strategic sales planning, account management skills, relationship building skills, and product/category and marketplace expertise
  • Lead and facilitate the account team for realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, and business analysis; ensure market and customer capacities are met
  • Drive the team’s efforts in the development of overall sales plans while working with internal functions to drive greater impact in the marketplace with a strong and innovative winning mindset
  • Coach, assist, and consolidate the activities of a team of sales representatives managing different accounts
