Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Product Manager in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/start-up).
    • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms.
    • Strong understanding of Product and Design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel.
  • Team Management: Manage PM teams (each team has its own mix of Product Manager, Designers, FE and BE engineers, QA, analysts and operations according to its purpose).
  • Tactical Work: Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation.
  • Solution Building: Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment.
  • Global Impact: Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all around the world.
