Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Product Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a scale-up or start-up company. They should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, and be willing to perform tactical work alongside their team when needed. Strong understanding of product management frameworks and the ability to scale functions across platforms is required.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Product Manager, the candidate will provide hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel, managing PM teams composed of various roles such as Product Managers, Designers, Frontend and Backend engineers, QA, analysts, and operations. They will be responsible for building industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment, and will be expected to perform tactical work alongside their team for bug fixes and escalation remediation, ultimately contributing to the journey of redefining a way of working for people worldwide.
