Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for key payout products, from vision through execution and iteration
  • Design solutions that enable instant, global, and cost-efficient payouts across multiple rails and networks
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Treasury, Engineering, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant infrastructure
  • Coach and mentor other Product Managers, helping elevate product excellence and strategic thinking across the team
  • Use data, experimentation, and deep customer insight to inform decision-making and continuous product optimization
  • Drive initiatives that push Runa closer to its vision of a unified global payout platform
  • Define and execute the multi-rail payouts strategy
  • Guide cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Finance, driving scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions
