Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for key payout products, from vision through execution and iteration
Design solutions that enable instant, global, and cost-efficient payouts across multiple rails and networks
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Treasury, Engineering, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant infrastructure
Coach and mentor other Product Managers, helping elevate product excellence and strategic thinking across the team
Use data, experimentation, and deep customer insight to inform decision-making and continuous product optimization
Drive initiatives that push Runa closer to its vision of a unified global payout platform
Define and execute the multi-rail payouts strategy
Guide cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Finance, driving scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions
