Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience as a product designer, preferably in fast-paced environments such as scale-ups or startups, along with 1-2 years of experience as a lead product designer managing and mentoring teams. Strong expertise in both UX and UI design is required, alongside a passion for design and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Designer will deeply analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points, rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions, strategically think of the product from a high level to connect the missing dots, update acceptance criteria and define the logic for their work, take full cycle ownership of their work from ideation through to post-launch feedback, co-lead their team with Product Managers and Developers, actively give feedback and mentor designers, perform design reviews and one-to-one sessions, drive the vision for their product, steer the group’s design execution toward reaching business goals, and work holistically across multiple platforms – the employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard for customer support.
