Minimum 2 years of successful experience in team management
Willingness to work shifts, nights, or weekends
Good knowledge of IN-OUT logistics flows and ability to use WMS
Stress-resistant and flexible (shifts, overtime, etc.)
Exemplary leader who can motivate the team
Excellent communicator with empathy
Proactive approach with ability to provide solutions to problems
Rigorous and uncompromising on safety, procedures, and work regulations
Autonomous, organized, and versatile
Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of English
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Team Lead (to whom you provide regular feedback), distribute team work to ensure daily objectives are met on time and with expected quality
Represent the company on the floor and ensure compliance with rules and procedures, especially regarding safety, employee well-being, and equipment
Welcome and train new arrivals
Maintain a positive work climate within the team and intervene on the floor in case of conflicts
Act as backup for the Team Leader
Work on resolving operational problems
Ensure administrative follow-up of operations and personnel management
