Lead IT Systems Engineer

Candidates must have experience as a technical lead and possess hands-on expertise in scaling and securing enterprise infrastructure, particularly across identity, access, collaboration, and cloud systems. A strong understanding of Okta Identity Engine and Okta Workflows is required, along with experience implementing and managing secure infrastructure access using Teleport, including JIT access, least privilege, and RBAC. Proficiency in administering and automating enterprise SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Jamf is necessary. Experience managing endpoint provisioning and compliance, especially in a MacOS-first environment, is essential. Candidates should be skilled in building automated workflows for user and system lifecycle management using scripting and APIs (e.g., Python, Bash). Experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure resources in AWS, GCP, and Azure is required. Familiarity with defining and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools (e.g., Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or Google Cloud Deployment Manager) is also necessary.
