Requirements

Candidates should possess technical leadership experience and a strong understanding of identity and access management systems, specifically Okta Identity Engine and Okta Workflows. Experience with Teleport for secure infrastructure access, Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools, and administration of enterprise SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is required. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation and experience managing MacOS endpoint provisioning and compliance are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Lead IT Systems Engineer will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of systems engineers, setting technical direction and developing team members' skills. Responsibilities include architecting and maintaining identity systems, implementing and managing secure infrastructure access, defining and managing infrastructure as code for cloud resources and identity integrations, and administering and automating enterprise SaaS platforms. The role also involves managing endpoint provisioning and compliance in a MacOS-first environment and building automated workflows for user and system lifecycle management.
