Requirements

Candidates must have deep technical expertise in NetSuite configurations, customizations, workflows, and scripts. Experience supporting Accounting/Finance operations, including Revenue Recognition through NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Module, P2P and OTC business cycles, SOX compliance, and GL support is required. Experience supporting supply chain operations and assisting with system integrations via API (SOAP/REST), ODBC, and EDI is also necessary. The ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and translate business needs into scalable system functionality is essential.

Responsibilities

The Lead NetSuite Administrator will implement and document best practices for system configurations, customizations, and workflows. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate discussions into actionable system functionality. This role will drive the optimization of financial processes within NetSuite, supporting the performance and sustainability of our environment within SOX compliance. Responsibilities include managing system enhancements, troubleshooting, ongoing platform improvements, ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory standards, and developing/maintaining comprehensive system documentation and policies. The administrator will also support finance-related processes (AP, AR, GL, fixed asset management) and develop/implement NetSuite integrations with other systems via SOAP/REST APIs, ODBC, and EDI. Collaboration with other NetSuite Administrators to achieve operational goals and providing insight/support on relevant NetSuite configurations are also key duties.
