Responsibilities

The Lead, IT Portfolio Management will collaborate with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand, organizing and prioritizing projects and programs based on IT Strategy and available budgets. They will advise executives on functional strategies and exercise independent judgment in complex issues, utilizing analysis and determining the best course of action. This role involves managing large-scale programs with multiple project teams and ensuring appropriate financial and organizational support. Additionally, the Lead will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation and develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on risk mitigation strategies, while also potentially requiring occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
