Responsibilities

The Senior IT Project Manager will establish project goals and create plans to achieve them, develop a detailed project plan, budget estimates, and track against actuals, ensure compliance with project standards and best practices, monitor project progress, identify risks, and prepare mitigation plans, manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts, and ensure all project deliverables are tracked and completed. They will also create metrics and reports to help the assigned project team(s) understand their health and progress, ensure clear communication and collaboration among all members of the cross-functional team, and influence change and enhance team performance at a sustainable pace.
