Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, particularly within a SaaS technology environment. Demonstrated experience with implementation projects and a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration are essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and executing a portfolio of strategic projects, partnering with various teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, to ensure successful delivery. They will provide program leadership, oversee strategic initiatives, and align projects within the portfolio with the overall enterprise strategy. The role involves identifying and mitigating risks, reporting on program performance, and supporting steering committee discussions to guide the program's direction. Additionally, the Program Manager will assist with project scoping, requirements gathering, and business case development, and manage interdependencies across projects to optimize resource capacity.
