Responsibilities

  • Engage with high-volume inbound leads from marketing channels with speed and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify leads, uncover needs/pain points/objectives, and position SaaS solution
  • Manage and prioritize inbound lead pipeline to meet/exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas
  • Own full sales cycle: initial inquiry, qualification, product demos, proposals, negotiation, deal closure
  • Deliver compelling, tailored virtual product demonstrations for North American audience
  • Consistently meet/exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
  • Forecast sales accurately and maintain healthy pipeline coverage
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in new accounts
  • Develop/nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects/stakeholders as trusted advisor
  • Navigate organizational structures to identify decision-makers/influencers
  • Understand competitive landscape and articulate differentiating factors
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and campaign feedback
  • Work with Sales Development, Product, and Customer Success for seamless experiences
  • Maintain accurate/up-to-date CRM records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer info
