Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Marketing. Solid experience in working with sales/account management teams and operations teams is required, along with proven experience in working cross-functionally. Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project is necessary, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for prospecting, cold calling, sending emails, and using Social Media/LinkedIn to identify new prospects. They will follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. This role involves working with other Ninja Van Sales teams to ensure batch leads are scrubbed for accuracy and authenticity, and then forwarding clean leads to various business units. Additionally, they will conduct needs analysis to determine prospects’ pain points and continually update and improve processes and procedures to support revenue creation.
