Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in GTM finance or SaaS/technology. Experience managing a team of 1-3 direct reports is required, along with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, retention, CAC, and LTV, and sales/marketing performance drivers. Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and business acumen skills are necessary, as are strong communication and presentation abilities. Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Tableau is expected. Familiarity with high-growth SaaS GTM models, channel sales structures, and evaluating MDF ROI are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, GTM FP&A will partner with GTM leaders to support strategic decision-making and financial goal alignment. Key responsibilities include leading annual planning and quarterly forecasting for GTM functions, building financial models for performance evaluation and forecasting, and tracking KPIs to identify variance drivers. The role involves providing data-driven insights to improve GTM efficiency, collaborating with Ops teams for data quality, and supporting marketing initiatives by evaluating campaign ROI and investment allocation. Additionally, the position entails partnering with the Renewals team to analyze retention and forecast performance, supporting board and executive reporting, and mentoring team members to enhance FP&A capabilities.
