Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive, high-quality briefings to prepare the CEO for external meetings with other CEOs, industry leaders, and key stakeholders, ensuring relevant insights, data, and strategic context
  • Drive enterprise management processes by partnering across the enterprise, developing meeting agendas, organizing and distributing materials, coordinating attendees, providing real-time meeting support, and tracking action items to completion
  • Draft clear, concise, and impactful communications that synthesize complex information to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with the CEO’s vision, providing insights and challenging leadership when necessary to drive optimal outcomes
