Requirements

10+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive support role (experience working with C-suite executives highly desirable)
Exceptional attention to detail to produce error-free materials and manage complex processes with precision
Proven organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
Deep business acumen and understanding of business operations, with ability to quickly grasp the company’s strategic priorities and industry dynamics
Leadership and influence skills, including confidence to challenge senior leadership constructively and offer insights to refine strategies and decisions
Strong work ethic with commitment to excellence, proactive problem-solving, and task completion
Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

Create comprehensive, high-quality briefings to prepare the CEO for external meetings with other CEOs, industry leaders, and key stakeholders, ensuring relevant insights, data, and strategic context
Drive enterprise management processes by partnering across the enterprise, developing meeting agendas, organizing and distributing materials, coordinating attendees, providing real-time meeting support, and tracking action items to completion
Draft clear, concise, and impactful communications that synthesize complex information to support strategic decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with the CEO’s vision, providing insights and challenging leadership when necessary to drive optimal outcomes
