Responsibilities

The Delivery Driver Lead is responsible for coordinating work schedules and delivery routes, training all transportation personnel, monitoring work flow to analyze patterns and trends, conducting routine staff meetings, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of delivery operations. They will also coordinate special deliveries, maintain vehicles in good condition, conduct routine staff meetings, and perform physical inventories, while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medication and supplies to long-term care facilities and patients’ homes.
