Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud platform engineering, particularly with Azure technologies. Strong experience in infrastructure automation and migration is essential, including proficiency in tools such as Bicep or Terraform. A deep understanding of Azure services like Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Azure Site Recovery is required, alongside experience with containerization technologies like AKS.

Responsibilities

The Lead Cloud Platform Engineer will provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements, lead architectural design sessions, offer coaching and guidance to team members, manage client expectations, and cultivate a collaborative team culture. They will also serve as a coach to upskill team members, foster relationships between cloud infrastructure teams, and function as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills on multiple client engagements. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Delivery Excellence to align project milestones and assisting the delivery team in reaching billable targets by resolving project blockers.
