Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, information technology, business, or a related field, coupled with at least 7 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally within the financial information industry. Essential qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, critical and strategic thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills, a proven history of business process improvement, and experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Miro, MS Suites, and SharePoint. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM), experience with lean portfolio management, and prior team lead experience. The role requires the right to work indefinitely in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Lead Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed business requirements, including user stories, features, use cases, and process flows. This role involves identifying and driving process improvements for enhanced efficiency, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with business goals by working closely with development, QA, SM, and product teams. The analyst will utilize Agile methodologies and tools to manage tasks and workflows, and will mentor and guide junior analysts and team members. Additionally, the role contributes to accelerating technology delivery by breaking down complex problems into implementable solutions that drive business value and improve project outcomes.
