8–10 years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science, with recent focus on Generative AI
Hands-on experience with transformer architectures, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases
Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
Proven ability to design and deploy AI solutions in production environments at scale
Knowledge of responsible AI, model interpretability, and governance frameworks
Experience with DevRev or similar tools is a plus
Background in data visualization and BI tools for AI-driven insights
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and machine learning solutions for business use cases within Risk & Compliance Technology
Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, model development, evaluation, and production deployment
Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation to enhance risk, compliance, and operational processes
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions
Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical principles, governance, and responsible AI practices
Stay current with AI/ML research and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
Support evaluation, piloting, and scaling of new AI/automation capabilities across the enterprise
