Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned merchant accounts and EVO's bank partners
Driving referrals from partners and managing them with agility
Attending to customer and prospect requests in a timely manner related to commercial processes (e.g., rates, fees, contract terms, processing solutions)
Following up on the negotiation process and facilitating interaction with internal EVO areas to maintain quality standards
Assisting and participating in the development/execution of marketing initiatives, providing feedback to management
Acting as a representation of EVO's values with clients and prospects
Making proactive calls and visits to customers or prospects to identify solutions and accomplish objectives
Ensuring accomplishment of goals through strict monitoring of negotiations, identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
Following up on performance of KPIs like volume, revenue budget, and SLAs, establishing strategies to accomplish and improve them
Getting merchants compliant with mandatory regulations (PCI, KYC, AML) and obtaining related documents
Assessing merchant situations and determining appropriate EVO solutions
Monitoring implementation projects for client portfolio, ensuring strict monitoring and timely interaction with internal areas
