Candidates must be US citizens, naturalized citizens, or permanent residents holding a green card, and must pass a ServiceNow background screening including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test. Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required, along with experience in Layer 4-7 F5 NGINX, and proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible and GitLab.
The Senior Network Operations Engineer will operate and maintain global cloud network infrastructure, including routing, switching, VPN services, and ADC systems, while troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including urgent operational events. This role involves participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, maintaining software-defined infrastructure at scale using automation, performing software upgrades and security patching, and analyzing network metrics to prevent outages. Responsibilities also include supporting network operations in hybrid multi-cloud environments, partnering with SRE teams, reviewing planned changes, creating documentation, providing feedback to architects, evaluating new technologies, and driving automation for rapid deployment and updates.
