Responsibilities

This role involves participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, maintaining software-defined infrastructure at scale using automation, performing software upgrades and security patching, and analyzing network metrics to prevent outages. Responsibilities also include supporting network operations in hybrid multi-cloud environments, partnering with SRE teams, reviewing planned changes, creating documentation, providing feedback to architects, evaluating new technologies, and driving automation for rapid deployment and updates.
