Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in labor and employee relations, specifically within a complex, multi-national organization. Strong understanding of German, Austrian, and Swiss labor laws and collective bargaining agreements is essential, as is experience working with trade unions and works councils. Experience with developing and implementing labor relations strategies and managing employee representative relationships is also required.

Responsibilities

The Labour and Employee Relations Lead (f/m/d) DACH region will be responsible for driving and supporting the execution of Danaher’s labour and employee relations strategies within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This includes developing trust and collaborative relationships with HRBPs, partnering with the German Working Group Liaison, preparing and reviewing local factory agreements, and providing leadership on enterprise initiatives related to associate representative information and consultation requirements. Approximately 20% travel will be required to support these activities.
