Intermediate Computer Skills
Intermediate Decision making, Problem Solving Skills

Knowledge of IPC J Standards & IPC 620
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Proficiency in soldering leaded, surface-mount, and fine-pitch components
Familiarity with ESD control
Advanced abilities in wiring, soldering, crimping, and assembly functions
Ability to produce an acceptable quantity of work in a timely manner with limited supervision

Responsibilities

Fabricating high-quality test systems based on detailed engineering specifications
Performing initial assembly, soldering, rework, and debugging of PCB assemblies and prototypes
Providing hands-on technical lab support throughout the entire project assembly lifecycle
Ensuring system-level wiring and assembly meets exacting standards
Maintaining work area and leading in maintaining the Plexus Engineering Solutions Lab to 6S and ESD standards
Providing quality products and services to all internal and external customers
Supporting the evaluation and improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure best practices are used throughout the functional group
