Requirements

  • Technical Skills:
    • Microsoft - Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/11
    • Active Directory
    • VMWare and Virtualization support
    • Network switches, routers, and firewalls (CISCO, HP, and Draytek)
  • Certifications: Current Microsoft certifications are desirable.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Assertive communication skills (phone, interpersonal, and written)
    • Ability to work across teams and build relationships with clients and staff
    • Experience in outsourced service delivery environments and consulting services

Responsibilities

  • User Management:
    • Create, change, and remove Security and Group Policy changes.
  • Network Administration:
    • Router and switch administration.
    • Connectivity and internet troubleshooting.
  • Email Support:
    • Creation, settings, and troubleshooting of email accounts.
  • Office365 Administration:
    • Creating new accounts, users, settings, and administration.
  • SharePoint & OneDrive Support:
    • Setting up OneDrive access on local computers.
    • Troubleshooting OneDrive issues.
    • Setting permissions for files/folders for users.
  • General Troubleshooting:
    • Resolving general issues surrounding unavailable services.
    • Addressing printing issues.
    • Diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
  • System Enrolment & Monitoring:
    • Enrolling devices into Microsoft Intune and associating them with Azure and local domains.
    • Monitoring and maintaining daily backups via Datto.
  • Third-Party Support:
    • Acting as the first point of contact for the resolution of issues with third-party applications.
    • Liaising with third-party software vendors.
