Requirements

5+ years in Citrix Virtualization Engineering/Administration
Hands-on experience in planning, assessments, implementations, and migrations for large environments (1000+ users)
Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 2203 or later, Citrix NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), Citrix Cloud, and Citrix in Azure
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and change management
Strong understanding of Citrix architectures and dependencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and optimize enterprise-level Citrix environments, including servers, ADCs, and related systems
Identify and drive opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes to improve efficiency and performance
Investigate and resolve complex Citrix-related incidents and issues, acting as the third-level escalation for support and troubleshooting
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to solve technical problems across a variety of systems and platforms
Lead technical projects and contribute to key initiatives to improve team workflows and technical processes
Coach, mentor, and elevate junior team members while fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment
Drive root cause analysis and manage problem resolution to improve team efficiency
Facilitate knowledge transfer to upskill the team and raise the overall level of technical expertise
