Requirements

  • 5+ years in Citrix Virtualization Engineering/Administration
  • Hands-on experience in planning, assessments, implementations, and migrations for large environments (1000+ users)
  • Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 2203 or later, Citrix NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), Citrix Cloud, and Citrix in Azure
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and change management
  • Strong understanding of Citrix architectures and dependencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and optimize enterprise-level Citrix environments, including servers, ADCs, and related systems
  • Identify and drive opportunities to standardize, enhance, and automate existing processes to improve efficiency and performance
  • Investigate and resolve complex Citrix-related incidents and issues, acting as the third-level escalation for support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to solve technical problems across a variety of systems and platforms
  • Lead technical projects and contribute to key initiatives to improve team workflows and technical processes
  • Coach, mentor, and elevate junior team members while fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment
  • Drive root cause analysis and manage problem resolution to improve team efficiency
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to upskill the team and raise the overall level of technical expertise
