Responsibilities

Functional administration of the SAP Payroll On Premise instances
Maintain and monitor interfaces between SAP Payroll and Kronos
Maintain SAP Payroll On Prem in compliance with national payroll team requirements
Manage incidents, problems, and requests, and resolve functional issues within agreed time frames
Implement new paycodes, changes to payrules/rates, and/or leave accruals as directed
Interpret Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Awards for the Meat Industry and provide system guidance
Support the Payroll systems team and extended HR team
Engage in continuous improvement activities
Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and payroll legislation
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through innovative technologies and processes
Maintain standard procedures and documentation
Drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and interpret new legislation
