Requirements

Candidates should possess professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, along with at least six months of experience in a management position. They should also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for delivering top-notch customer service, be able to adapt quickly under pressure, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers, promote an efficient and inclusive retail environment, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer style advice, dream up innovative ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience, lead the selling on the floor and front-of-house operations, take part in process ideation and improvement, assist with special projects, open and close the store, and help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
