Requirements

An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Medical peer review or healthcare industry knowledge is required. Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, time management, and computer literacy are essential. Employees must supply and support their own internet services and maintain an uninterrupted connection.

Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will manage the Independent Medical Exam or Medical File Review process, overseeing intake and turn-around time, and supervising Customer Service Representative and Quality Assurance teams. They will conduct daily audits, provide coaching and training, and identify and correct staff performance issues. Responsibilities include ensuring referrals meet client-directed Turn Around Time, assisting with intake completion and deposition scheduling, and overseeing CSR and QA case handling to ensure adherence to client instructions and service level agreements. This includes managing case notations, doctor outreach, report review, and client communication regarding status updates and potential delays. The supervisor will also ensure correct doctor payment and client invoice amounts and assist with report QAs and approvals as needed.
