Responsibilities

As a Key Holder, the individual will be responsible for opening and closing the store, operating the alarm system, identifying problems with working conditions, assuming management responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, and providing excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of BRS products and services. They will also drive sales in all departments, replenish and maintain inventory, perform cashier functions, adhere to minor policies, operate scanners and cash registers, follow age verification policies, process refunds and exchanges, balance the register drawer, bag or box purchases, maintain store safety standards, assist in promotions and events, observe BRS vehicle policies, deliver items to customers following delivery routes and time schedules, inform the manager of vehicle operating condition problems, and maintain all safety standards for BRS deliveries.
