Requirements

The candidate must be 21 years of age or older, possess the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and have a desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services. Prior experience as a store associate or customer service representative in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills is required, along with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

As a Key Holder, the individual will be responsible for opening and closing the store, operating the alarm system, identifying and reporting problems with working conditions, assuming management responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, providing excellent customer service, driving sales through BRS products, replenishing and maintaining inventory, performing cashier functions, adhering to minor policies, operating scanners and cash registers, balancing the register drawer, bagging purchases, following age verification policies, accepting payments, ensuring accurate pricing and quantities, processing refunds and exchanges, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting in promotions and events, observing BRS vehicle policies and procedures, maintaining all safety standards for BRS deliveries, following delivery driving routes and time schedules, informing the manager of vehicle operating condition problems, and providing delivery items to customers.
