The Key Account Store Operations Specialist will directly engage with key partner stores, building relationships with store managers and staff, and assisting them in maximizing their partnership with Too Good To Go. This includes providing training to new managers and staff, optimizing store engagement, improving performance, and increasing the amount of food rescued from going to waste. The role also involves identifying feedback trends, supporting the Key Account Manager with reports and presentations, onboarding new key accounts, ensuring stores have positive customer experiences, and maintaining accurate store information through administrative tasks.
