  • Experience establishing long-term business relationships with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology teaching institutions, hospitals, and clinics
  • Ability to coordinate Academic sales strategies with teammates
  • Understanding of process flow for IV and subcutaneous products to ensure access and fulfillment
  • Skills to create, implement, and evaluate strategies for developing Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate business plans for assigned institutions
  • Commitment to champion collaboration internally and externally
  • Proficiency in maintaining administrative functions such as call reporting

  • Drive product access, acceptance, and usage in targeted Academic accounts
  • Create, implement, and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders in assigned institutions
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effective business plans for each assigned institution
  • Champion collaboration across the marketplace, internally and externally
